1. Make sure you have placed an order on our website.
2. Send us a message via the contact form:
   • Select the option "help and support for orders".
   • Provide the email address you used to place the order.
   • In the text field, write: "I want to leave a review".
3. In response, we will send you an email with a link to the short survey, after which you will receive a promo code for a discount.

How to use the promo code?

1. Save the received promo code.
2. Go to the website and select the products you want.
3. In the cart, enter the promo code, and the total amount of your order will be reduced by 10%.

Can I leave a review multiple times?

Yes, you can leave a review after each delivered order. It is very important for us to receive feedback to ensure that every shopping experience at Pyramid Seeds is positive.

• Only customers who have placed an order on our website can leave a review.
• If the review contains spam, false information, mentions other brands, or uses inappropriate language, it will not be published.
• The promo code for a review can only be used once. For each new order, you will receive a new review form.
